महाराजा सुहेल देव स्टेट यूनिवर्सिटी उत्तर प्रदेश (भारत) के आजमगढ़ जिले में स्थित एक विश्वविद्यालय है। इसे आजमगढ़ विश्वविद्यालय के नाम से भी जाना जाता है। आजमगढ़ विश्वविद्यालय का नाम महाराजा सुहेलदेव के नाम पर होगा, इसकी घोषणा स्वयं गृह मंत्री अमित शाह द्वारा किया गया था
